Government Civil Engineering Building in Memphis, TN
New 23,000 SF two-story LEED Certified GOLD engineering facility for the Tennessee Air National Guard which houses seven engineering maintenance spaces, a mobility storage, a large indoor storage, break rooms, covered outdoor patio, administrative and officer office space and training space. Mobility Storage houses palletized go-to-war materials and equipment, ready to be loaded on the airplanes at a moment’s notice. The Large Storage space houses larger items such as lumber, parts and components, large tools and equipment. The TNANG Emergency Management (EM) staff is located in this building, along with EM classrooms for EM training.
