The 45,000 square foot Collierville dealership was part of a 28-acre commercial subdivision we developed for the Bumpus family in 2005. The exterior contains different types of masonry to meet a required variance by the city of Collierville. The interior of the showroom is surrounded by a wide balcony that displays antique motorcycles and a replica of a 50s style service station. The Collierville location contains similar features of the other three Bumpus locations as well as an airplane suspended from the ceiling over the showroom. This location houses the corporate offices for the other three dealerships.

Completed in August 2001, this is the second Harley Davidson dealership built for the Bumpus family by Chris Woods Construction. This new 26,000 square foot facility utilizes a combination of pre-engineered building and conventional structural steel. Certain design features of this facility mirrored those of the first Bumpus Harley Davidson built in Memphis, Tennessee.

This 42,000 square foot dealership was completed in July 2000, making it one of the largest dealerships ever constructed. This location set the tone for the remaining three Bumpus locations, each with its own distinct theme. The facility consists of: a large open showroom, parts and service departments, storage facilities, and shipping and receiving areas. Since 2000, Chris Woods Construction has completed over 160,000 square feet and four dealerships for the Bumpus family.

Description:
The Murfreesboro location, the third Harley Davidson dealership for the Bumpus family, was completed by Chris Woods Construction in 2003. The project is unique in that we converted a closed Chevrolet dealership into the Harley store with a complete renovation. The only existing structure saved was 8,600 square feet of the existing dealership and to this was added a 25,600 square foot ground floor addition. The addition included the new showroom, service area, motorcycle storage and wash bays. The 12,000 square foot mezzanine addition included: executive offices, conference room, parts and additional storage.

Southern Thunder is a new construction, LEED Certified 54,000 square foot Harley Davidson dealership. Included in this project: large showroom with an abundance of natural light, a used motorcycle showroom, offices, parts warehouse, customer lounge, storage and service department with dyno testing. Also included is an outdoor plaza with stage for special functions and a water tower feature.

Description:
Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep is an 11,000 square foot addition built to increase shop and showroom areas. Also included was renovation of the existing showroom and reworking the entry tower with composite panel system to meet the new dealership standards issued by Chrysler.
