YMCA is a 45,000 square foot hybrid construction facility with one outdoor pool, two indoor pools with specialized humidity control systems, gymnasium, multiple racquetball courts, aerobic studio, fitness center, meeting rooms and childcare area.
"Chris Woods Construction was one of three companies invited to bid on this project. We were impressed by his prior projects and that he worked closely with a particular architect whose work impressed us. It became apparent during construction, that we benefited by the close relationship that the contractor had with the architect selected. We felt that our interests were well represented by both the contractor and the architect and we were able to achieve considerable savings while meeting the needs of the Olive Branch community.

FACS Education Building is a new 42,000 square foot facility consisting of a gymnasium with seating capacity of over 700, locker rooms, offices, classrooms, large cafeteria and full-service kitchen. Other features include: a teachers lounge, an expansive lobby/exhibition area and separate band and choir rooms, each with acoustically suited practice rooms.

SBEC is a 19,200 square foot classroom facility with individual classroom climate control capabilities and a 27,500 square foot indoor athletic complex. Includes: gymnasium, weight rooms, baseball batting cage, concession facilities as well as a connector hall to previously completed classrooms.
